Nice system but extremely expensive. Their pricing is structured to lock you in with little choice but to proceed with the work - high service call fee to come, astronomical fee to pull a pump which is required to determine if the pump is serviceable - a few minutes labor for $475. The fee is waived if you buy the pump which set me back over $3k. I had sand pick up in 2008 so they recommended a new well be drilled. All in the whole system in 2008 was ~$6k. The cause of the sand was a rusted fitting on the old well which I had to dig up and fix myself. Complete misdiagnosis. So on top of $6k the pump lasted less than 8 years. Now I have ~$9k in this. If any further issues I'll either find parts myself or rip out this monopolized system and use a reputable local guy. Not a good customer experience. No more of my business.
